Catalog and custom orders
The website displays examples of PetDecor Studio work. All pieces are available to order. Starting prices cover the base configuration. Materials, size, personalisation, final price and completion date are agreed separately before production begins.
Payment and delivery
The deposit and payment arrangements are agreed when placing an order. Delivery across Ukraine and Europe is discussed individually: the method, price and timing depend on the destination and the piece. A photograph of the finished work is provided before dispatch.
Customer materials
When sending a photograph, drawing or logo, make sure you have permission to use it for the piece. Feasibility and the design are discussed before production begins.
Items requiring review
Before publication, the seller’s details and arrangements for order confirmation, changes, cancellation, returns and complaints must be added. This draft does not establish unconfirmed conditions or restrict customer rights.
